For arranging a mortgage we may charge a fee which is typically up to £595.00. This is payable for research and analysis and may be payable either upon application or a mortgage offer being issued by the lender and is based on individual circumstances. For equity release advice, a total fee of £995.00 is payable to cover the cost of our professional mortgage services including research and administration of your mortgage application. This is payable in two parts which consists of £495.00 payable upon application and the balance of £500.00 payable upon a mortgage offer being issued by the lender.
